This completely awesome beer is not my recipe. It was developed by the shop keeper at my local beer and wine hobby shop. I would like to thank Bill for developing this recipe and everyone at Beer & Wine Hobbies, Int'l for their continued help and support since I started fermenting stuff in 2001. I encourage anyone interested in making their own beer to support their local shop. It is both impressive and refreshing to do business with staff passionate about their craft; it shows in everything they do.

We do not currenly have the necessary licensing to sell beer. Ironically, there is no law against giving it away for free, so we are giving free beer to friends and enthusiasts to help gain recognition and build a loyal base of would-be future customers. Look for us at the conclusion of grassroots sports car events in the Southeast.
