12.12 Imperial Stout

To all your innovations, good and horrible alike... Cheers!

As the name indicates, this stout was brewed in December 2012. While hoppy beers are better fresh, imperial stouts are better with age. In a young imperial stout, the alcohol flavor can be tasted distinctly from the other flavors. (That is not a good thing.) But, just like good spaghetti if you let them rest, the flavors meld together enough to still have distinct flavors, but no one is overpowering.

Due to limited supply and the fact no more will be available for 2 years, this beer is not available for sampling.

APV: >8.5%
Color: Very dark
Bitter hop: Medium
Aromatic hop: Medium

We do not currenly have the necessary licensing to sell beer. Ironically, there is no law against giving it away for free, so we are giving free beer to friends and enthusiasts to help gain recognition and build a loyal base of would-be future customers. Look for us at the conclusion of grassroots sports car events in the Southeast.
